A little bit of Quilting

Yesterday was a beautiful day. It seems spring is finally coming!
We counted 27 quail in the backyard. Aren't they so cute and fat?

I finally got a little quilting done. (Hopefully binding will get made today.)

And some concrete mixed and poured for a new fire pit.

All and all a pretty good day.

I love your blog Allie :0)
I can't imagine seeing so many quails! Were they real? Not stuffed? You hadn't been doing some quick stitchering on the quiet?
Having said that, I did see twelve Heron flying above their tree tops yesterday.
Blessings! Val

I would love to have quail in the yard! I can't imagine 27 of them hanging out together - how cute.

Great job on the fire pit - mixing cement is a big job!

You're the woman!
It was fun seeing you even if we did not get to see the quail!
