Kawasaki Green

This is a quilt I just finished for my nephew who loves Kawasaki Green. As I was making it, my family kept reminding me that I am vertically challenged, and my nephew is not! I had to keep adding to it so it would be nice and long. It was a fun project to work on. The back is, of course, the super soft minkie--I just love that stuff--and my nephew too! And it should match his motorcycle nicely.

I couldn't even got a picture of the whole thing--It's too tall for me!

Just in time for the fall season. This quilt is made with raw edge applique, it gives the quilt such a soft look, with lots of beautiful fall colors. I also made a table runner to match. This is a pattern I made up, so it's definitely a one of a kind!

Lil' Boy Blue

Lil' Boy Blue...and Green...and Brown...

This is another Crazy Four Patch.

I love the mix of all the different patterns and all the colors- blues, green, and browns. Just great little boy colors. This has a light blue minkie back. It is quilted in a meander with green thread and has a soft edge binding. It is headed to my Etsy shop.

Vintage Firetrucks

Here is the Vintage Firetrucks quilt, I promised pictures of. It measures approximately 27" X 51", great size for a crib quilt.

The main fabric is from Micheal Miller. I love the quality of their fabrics.

The polka-dot binding just makes me happy. It is backed with red super soft minkie. I machine quilted it with a blue variegated thread. It will be in my Etsy shop shortly!

Quilt for Nie Nie

I've just listed this sweet baby quilt on ebay to help with the Nie Nie Recovery launch.

If you would like to read about the Nielson's recovery, check out this site. While their story is unbelievably sad, I think it is also filled with hope. I pray that their family will receive the miracles they so need.
